Sally Williams
Sally started printmaking in 1968 on the Foundation Course at Walthamstow College of Art, London. She went on to complete a BA Art and Design at Coventry College of Art in 1971, followed by a Postgraduate Course at Goldsmiths College, University of London. Sally has spent most of her time practicing in the UK with the exception of a year at Savannah College of Art and Design on the BA Illustration Course where she made a study of monoprinting. Since coming to Singapore in 2008 Sally has been exploring non-toxic printmaking in Marisa Keller’s Studio. She has a new portfolio of work which demonstrates the beautiful textures and marks that can be achieved with these methods.
