Alison Wilson graduated with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the UK in 1985 and completed a certificate course in printmaking from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore in 2007. Drawn to hands on techniques, her art practice encompasses batik painting, papermaking and printmaking. Her more recent artwork reflects her interest in the human desire to interact with, interpret and make a mark on the natural landscape. Her work has been exhibited locally at the Singapore Tyler Print Institute, Singapore Art@Wessex and The Substation.
